Terms & Conditions - the basics

LEAF Consulting Group provides business consulting, branding, operations, strategy, and training development services. Specific deliverables will be outlined in each project agreement, invoice, or proposal.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due as stated on the invoice or proposal.

Late Payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
Deposits are required to begin project work unless otherwise stated.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable once services have begun. (See Refund Policy for details.)

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information and timely feedback
Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe
Fulfill all agreed payment terms

Failure to cooperate may result in project delays or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

We retain rights to all strategy, templates, and proprietary materials created by LEAF Consulting Group.
You retain ownership of your brand assets, data, and original content provided to us.

Final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment.

5. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary business information you share with us. You agree to the same regarding any materials, strategies, or methods developed by LEAF Consulting Group.

6. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may recommend or integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, Google, Canva, Stripe). You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts, logins, and fees associated with those services.

7. Limitation of Liability

LEAF Consulting Group LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services or reliance on our deliverables. Clients are solely responsible for business decisions and outcomes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing. In the event of termination, client agrees to pay for all work completed to date. No refunds will be issued for partial project cancellations after work has commenced.
