Refund Policy - the basics
At LEAF Consulting Group, we’re committed to delivering high-quality services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Due to the nature of our work—custom strategy, digital deliverables, and project-based consulting—all payments are non-refundable once services have begun.
Refund Eligibility:

Strategy Calls or Consulting Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

Project-Based Services: Once work has started (including research, planning, or deliverables), payments are non-refundable.

Digital Products or Downloads: All digital products are final sale. No refunds will be issued after purchase.
